Monitor production lines for internal defects through rigorous inspection and testing protocols.
Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze defect data and identify trends and root causes.
Implement quality monitoring systems to track defect rates and production quality metrics.
Work closely with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.
Prepare comprehensive quality reports for customers, detailing findings related to internal defects, corrective actions taken, and overall product quality.
Present data in a clear and understandable format, using visual aids and statistical analysis where necessary.
Collaborate with production engineers and line workers to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
Facilitate communication between quality assurance and production teams to promote a quality-first culture.
Lead root cause analysis sessions to identify underlying issues contributing to defects.
Develop and implement corrective actions based on analysis findings to improve production quality.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce defects, and improve product quality.
Ensure all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.

1 – 2 years of experience with a proven success record preferably in the same role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant field
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel – Word – PowerPoint)
Excellent Power Pi, SQL, Macro excel and quires and quality tools is a MUST
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage stakeholders' expectations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
