Job Description
- Ensure and validate the implementation of the warranty policy across all stages: Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), sales, and after-sales for locally manufactured passenger vehicles.
- Develop and analyze technical and statistical reports (annual, quarterly, and monthly) focusing on top defected items based on warranty claims, both cost-wise and count-wise.
- Coordinate and follow up on warranty notification reports with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Product Release (PR), and Localization teams.
- Manage local parts reimbursement under warranty for passenger cars.
- Liaise with local suppliers to address quality issues related to warranty claims.
- Collect and analyze warranty-related data from the Oracle system.
- Provide technical support related to local warranty issues for various teams including:
Service Center (SC) team in After-Sales (AS)
Technical Support (TS) team in After-Sales (AS)
Passenger Car (PC) warranty team in After-Sales (AS)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team
Spare Parts (SP) team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical automotive background is a must.
- 2-4 years in warranty management, or automotive manufacturing.
- Data analysis knowledge.
- Excellent English language Writing and speaking.
