Job Description
- Manage NPI projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project timelines and milestones, and track progress.
- Support the transition of new products from prototype to mass production.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source materials and components for new products.
- Guide project of Increasing parts localization rate through IDA Study
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations certificate for domestic and export markets.
- Maintain detailed documentation of NPI processes, including design changes, test results, and production issues.
- Identify and implement best practices for NPI processes.
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for product cost-effective solutions.
Job Requirements
Job Title:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or NPI roles.
