Monitor and Test Products/Processes: Regularly inspecting and testing products, and manufacturing processes to identify defects or deviations from standards.
Create Documentation: Preparing reports, documenting quality activities, and maintaining records of quality control processes.
Collaborate with Teams: Working closely with engineering, production, and other teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the product lifecycle.
Contribute to Quality Improvement: Identifying areas for quality improvement and participating in initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
Job Requirements
(1-2) years of experience in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality control principles, manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of problems, and develop effective solutions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, develop corrective actions, and implement improvements.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various teams, present findings, and provide recommendations.
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify subtle defects and deviations from standards.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals. Quality Management Systems (QMS): Familiarity with QMS and relevant documentation processes.
