Job Description
- Conduct daily inspections on incoming materials (IQC), in-process production (IPQC), and finished products (FQC) based on AQL 2.5/4.0 standards.
- Ensure calibration records of testing and measuring equipment (e.g. CMM, torque testers) are up-to-date and verified.
- Monitor key quality metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and defect rates; provide support in identifying root causes of deviations.
- Verify that production processes adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Identify, report, and assist in managing non-conforming products; participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing QA/QC .
- Proven experience managing JDM (Joint Design Manufacture) projects.
- Soft Skills:
- Assertive communicator able to navigate supplier relationships.
- V.Good in English.
