Job Description

- Participate in awareness sessions to employee for Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ) Quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Participate in training needs and interventions to meet quality standards.
- Participate in Conduct planned, unplanned audits & investigation activities according to Quality assurance manager directions.
- Participate in conduct internal audits on activities/ processes according to implemented Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ) (the frequently as per internal audit plan).
- Follow up the corrective action taken of internal audits /NCR's and the action effectiveness.
- Participate and support on-site audits conducted by external warehouses and sales agents.
- Participate in handling customer complaints.
- Fulfill the customer requirements against quality assurance requirements within the agreed time as per SOP.
Any other tasks related to work and are asked by the Quality Assurance Manager
Job Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and practices.
