Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of quality tests, audits, and compliance reports.
- Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Support product development and operational teams by providing feedback on quality risks and improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using QA software, testing tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
