Job Description
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of restaurant operations to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices across all locations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop, implement, and update quality assurance protocols and checklists.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers and staff to address quality issues and provide training as needed.
- Investigate customer complaints related to quality and recommend corrective actions.
- Document and report findings from quality assessments to management.
- Assist in the development of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Support the implementation of new quality control technologies and tools.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and drive quality-focused projects.
Job Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based (remote) environment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality management systems.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving quality assurance practices.
