Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for the manufacturing of PVC, PPR, and PE pipes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Analyze and document quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformities, and corrective measures.
- Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Participate in the review and approval of raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in the development and revision of quality documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Support external audits and certification processes as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-10 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards relevant to plastic manufacturing.
- Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and quality management software.
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
