Job Description

1. Activate the basics and steps followed in receiving and storing products correctly and in accordance with quality standards.
2. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the direct supervisor on the factory's compliance with quality standards, providing recommendations and observations to address any deficiencies.
3. Ensure adherence to quality standards by adhering to the required quantities and production recipes in the quality manual for all production stages and steps.
4. Activate inspection procedures to ensure compliance with handling procedures and product transportation steps.
5. Monitor and review the duties of cleaning personnel and ensure their compliance with hygiene rules and standards.
6. Inspect finished goods at all stages (regarding hygiene requirements).
7. Check the quality of raw materials received from suppliers according to approved standard specifications, including during the packaging stages.
8. Activate quality standards and participate in their implementation to ensure quality and ISO certifications.
9. Activate food safety programs in the factory to ensure quality standards.
10. Inspecting employee personal hygiene standards and general food hygiene in all departments at all times.
11. Inspecting the percentage of spoiled and wasted food raw materials for all products, monitoring the proportions of quantities allocated for the production process, and following up on this periodically.
12. Responsible for monitoring the department's fire training and conducting related training to ensure occupational safety for all department personnel.
13. Ensuring occupational safety and personal safety of workers within the department.
14. Initiating a pest control program in the factory to ensure food safety.
15. Making suggestions for improving and developing the existing product list and presenting these suggestions to the direct manager.
16. Ensuring the implementation of the highest standards of personal and general hygiene and monitoring these at all times.

Job Requirements

A university degree in agriculture, science, or a labor university.
Two years in the same field, with experience certificates and training courses in the field.
Reading and writing in English - computer skills.
