Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by following procedures and apply relative tools to meet the manpower requirements on time.
- Ensure that a proper Induction program is provided to newly joined employees.
- Assist in the implementation of the company’s HR Policies / local Labor laws as stipulated.
- Follow up on performance management and evaluation system ensuring implementation as per timelines.
- Maintain training needs identified in the training plan and coordinate the local training calendar.
- Co-ordinate employee self-service needs by collaborating with all staff and HR Manager to ensure the engagement of employees relating to welfare, recreation and other
- Make the salaries of the employees.
- Make an interview with the new stuff.
- Handling social insurance
Job Requirements
- Very good English Language
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
- High Communication Skills, Team Work, Fast Learn
- Males only
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- HR certificate is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience.
