Job Description
- Maintains personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
- Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
- Have experience in the work of the Social Insurance Office Submit Form (1), (6), (2)
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
