Job Description

  • Maintains personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
  • Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
  • Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
  • Have experience in the work of the Social Insurance Office Submit Form (1), (6), (2)

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
