Job Description
We are hiring an HR Specialist for one of our main factories on the 6th of October - Egypt.

Spend days
You will play pivotal role in supporting our HR department's daily operations and initiatives.
You will be responsible for various HR functions

- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and assisting in employee development plan
- Administering employee benefits and handling HR-related inquiries and issues
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Living in Giza area.
