Full knowledge in QS responsibility such as:
- Review, monitor and report on financial status.
- liaise with Consultants office related to financial matters when necessary.
- full awareness of the contractual requirements.
- Experience in Invoices owner and subcontractors.
- Preparation of P.R,P.0 and follow up with Procurement
- Calculating Complete take off for scope of work
Job Requirements
- Background / experience in Cost Controlling.
- With 6 - 7 years of experience in construction field.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 2017 - 2019.
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation Skills .
- English language is a must.
- Required Programs:
- Civil 3D is a must
- AutoCAD is a must
- Excel is a must
- Revit
- Sokia.
