Job Description

  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Management Team 
  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Answering phone inquiries, directing calls, and providing basic company information
  • Comfortable performing clerical duties, taking memos, maintaining files, and organizing documents. Photocopying, faxing, collating, etc., as needed.
  • Arranges travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners.
  • Managing / Arranging all management committee meetings and agenda.
  • Manages executive schedule and acts as a liaison for the executive team.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintains files, records, and correspondence for meetings
  • Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files
  • Prepares information and research for executive needs
  • May help plan company events, meetings, and employee team-building activities or special projects.

Job Requirements

  • B.S degree in a related field or A high qualification in Business Administration. 
  • Requires at least 7-10 years of Work experience in a related field.
  • Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of Secretarial/Clerical functions
  • Demonstrates knowledge of technical/functional aspects of work.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Requires an advanced level of verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Organizing, accuracy in work., Detail-oriented.
