Job Description
- Handle the whole communications for the CEO.
- Prepare documents including reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar.
- Schedule and coordinate internal & external meetings and appointments.
- Research and book transportation and accommodation for any necessary travel.
- Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the CEO.
- Coordinate all arrangements for meetings of the top management committees to ensure that they are properly organized and conducted and that minutes are accurately recorded and circulated.
- Circulate decisions of the management and committees to all relevant parties and take any necessary follow-up action to record progress on these.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the direct Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
● Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
● Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
● MS Office and English proficiency
● Outstanding organizational and time management skills
● Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
● Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Discretion and confidentiality
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
● PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
