Job Description
- Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
- Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations.
- Arrange meetings ,including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders.
- Arrange Central Office and Senior leadership events.
- Communicating important updates and information to Office as required by CEO.
- Responsible for organizing CEO travel including, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses.
- Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Chief executive are met.
- Supporting the Chief Executive to keep the Board of Director informed about the work of the organization and their appropriate training and induction.
- Plan and manage key organizational events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 10+experience in administration & operations management.
- Experience in commercial environments will be a great plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel and to work on flexible timings.
- Excellent English & communication skills.
