Job Description

  • Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations.
  • Arrange meetings ,including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders. 
  • Arrange Central Office and Senior leadership events. 
  • Communicating important updates and information to Office as required by CEO.
  • Responsible for organizing CEO travel including, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while travelling and completing expenses. 
  • Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Chief executive are met. 
  • Supporting the Chief Executive to keep the Board of Director informed about the work of the organization and their appropriate training and induction. 
  • Plan and manage key organizational events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • 10+experience in administration & operations management. 
  • Experience in commercial environments will be a great plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel and to work on flexible timings. 
  • Excellent English & communication skills.
