Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO
  •  Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Conduct research and provide background information for meetings and projects
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed
  • Provide administrative support 
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Assist with project management tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
