Job Description
- Execute digital marketing strategies including competitor research, audience selection, lead generation, and optimization of customer value and conversion rates.
- Manage media buying campaigns across social media and digital channels, ensuring effective budget allocation and optimization for lower costs per KPI.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop assets for paid media campaigns, ensuring creativity and proper display of ads.
- Provide weekly updates on digital marketing trends and submit reports comparing campaign performance against promised KPIs.
- Research and analyze competitors' digital strategies to enhance client performance and create media buying sheets.
- Identify target audiences and plan effective media campaigns, negotiating rates, ad space, and airtime as needed.
- Prepare and adjust campaign schedules, experimenting with new platforms and channels to optimize media mix.
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute integrated digital media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Snapchat, and Twitter.
- Conduct keyword analysis, search engine marketing (SEM), and lead generation campaigns across various platforms.
- Produce comprehensive digital campaign execution reports and media strategy plans, providing competitive analysis and insights.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in media buying.
- Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and optimization.
- Proficiency in using media buying platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tik-TOK Ads, Snapchat Ads, DV360).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
