Job Description

  • Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to sell products or services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately enter customer information into the company database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the products or services being sold.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues as needed.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, sales executive or a relevant role. Preferably ex-events agency.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Proven market knowledge and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree is a must (Preferably Business Administration).
