Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to sell products or services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately enter customer information into the company database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Maintain a good understanding of the products or services being sold.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues as needed.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Executive, sales executive or a relevant role. Preferably ex-events agency.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho).
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proven market knowledge and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
