Job Description

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion within the automotive industry.
  • Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals and market dynamics.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to address them.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

New Business Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
  • Develop and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify potential strategic partners, including OEMs, suppliers, and technology providers, to enhance our product offerings and market reach.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with company objectives and drive mutual growth.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets, leveraging market insights and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal departments such as product development, marketing, and operations to align business development efforts with overall company strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
