Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Field with wide exposure in (Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development and OD Activities).
- Strong Hands-on Experience in Employer Branding & Internal Communication Activities.
- Automotive background is a plus.
- HR Diploma is a Must, MBA is a Plus.
- Strong Leadership & Time Management Skills.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
