Job Description

Managing sales distribution:

  • Direct Sales to a portfolio of Modern Trade customers.
  • Negotiate annual cooperation agreements (promotions, leaflets, displays, listing…).
  • Meet monthly targets with widespread distribution.
  • Make the required number of sales calls as defined –by SOP
  • Check, and visit display outlets of the Market under coverage.
  • Increase the standards of display and merchandising.
  • Visit and attend to customer complaints.
  • Ensure service levels of  Stockiest credit frequency, collection, etc.
  • Ensure the infrastructure of the Stockiest unit, quality of salesmen, delivery boy, etc.
  • Physical Stock Checking.
  • Review Interim Sales.
  • Analyze the Stockiest month's activities & sales target each month.
  • Ensure cheque encashment.
  • Ensure stock receipt from transporters.
  • Take corrective action on cheque-bouncing cases.

Administrative:        

  • Prepare statements- monthly reports, submit claims on clearance time
  • Report damages and shortages claims to ASM/Supervisors.
  • Send Reports such as PJP, MJP, and DSR as per the timeline by management for Incentive calculation, etc.
  • Coordinate with support Staff for Sales Booking & dispatches.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from any reputable University.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of FMCG industry, with a demonstrative experience in Modern Trade.
  • Very Good command of both written and spoken English language.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills.
