Logistics Manager

Responsible for Foreign purchasing, Importation Department &ensure in time and smooth shipment for all ordered equipment’s and products by providing the best freight and customs clearance service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing & Accuracy: Review and verify foreign purchasing orders using the Shipment Tracking System.
• Timely Shipment Execution: Ensure deliveries align with the yearly purchasing plan and forecast schedules.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with foreign suppliers regarding order specifications, pricing, and delivery times.
• Shipping Documentation & Compliance: Handle and distribute shipping documents to Finance & Customs Clearance departments.
• Shipment Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a shipment database, monitor logistics activities, and submit status reports.
• Quality Control & Issue Resolution: Address product defects, coordinate replacements/refunds, and manage warranty claims.
• Government & Customs Compliance: Oversee customs regulations, tariffs, and approvals from regulatory bodies like MOH.
• Vendor & Service Provider Management: Build and maintain relationships with freight companies, clearance agents, and banks for best service.
• Import/Export Control: Set rules for foreign suppliers, manage logistics projects, and ensure compliance with Egyptian Authority regulations.
• Financial & Contract Compliance: Oversee bank LCs, service provider contracts, and tariff code accuracy for cost efficiency.
