Job Description
- Manage all modules implementation with partner , vendor and internal stakeholders.
- Full responsibility on solutions architecture and integrations.
- Manage the Support team for the manufacturing and logistics business.
- First line support for the solutions (ERP (Oracle Fusion), Fleet Management System, Maintenance, etc ).
- Monitor all the different modules to ensure service availability.
- Fix application related issues within the agreed-on SLA and within the change management process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in business solutions and application management.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP experience is a must in manufacturing and/or logistics industries.
