Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between MATGR and Odoo implementation partner.
- Lead change management, including system enhancements and user training.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, departments, and key users for timely input and approvals.
- Ensure project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and scope are tracked and managed.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, testing, training, and user acceptance.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Report project status and escalate critical decisions to the steering committee.
Post-Go-Live (As Application Manager):
- Own the Odoo application lifecycle, configuration management, and process governance.
- Manage user access, roles, workflows, and system maintenance.
- Monitor performance and support continuous process optimization.
- Liaise with support vendors for upgrades, patches, and technical issues.
- Act as an internal consultant to business units for leveraging Odoo capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record in change management and cross-functional leadership.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
