Job Description
- Participate in studying Tender packaging for HVAC, Fire and plumping
- Able to prepare Tender packaging for design and built projects.
- Able to prepare the technical value engineering proposals
- Coordinate and collaborate with different trades to fulfill the pricing process properly.
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of the product.
- Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure including “material, equipment, transportation, lifting, labor and any other needed items” by doing internal calculation sheets for all Mechanical trades.
- Modify & consolidate the final tender documents technical & commercial offers per the tender instructions.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3: 5 years of experience as a tendering engineer in construction companies
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Analytical & planning skills.
- Cairo or Giza resident
