Job Purpose:

Role Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations using Amadeus and Galileo systems.
- Utilize Amadeus GDS for flight ticket reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.
- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience in Egypt.
- Develop, quote, and manage comprehensive inbound tour packages, coordinating with hotels, suppliers, and tour guides to create attractive offerings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, local suppliers, and tour guides to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Identify and promote additional services or upgrades to clients, such as travel insurance, guided tours, or special experiences, to enhance their travel plans.
- Provide information on travel itineraries, fares, and policies., Issue and exchange airline tickets and other travel documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings and travel plans.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare structures, and travel regulations.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in Amadeus (Basic and Advanced) are a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience of 3 years in a ticketing or travel agent role, preferably in the flight counter.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus (Basic and Advanced) and Galileo booking systems is a must
Skills:
- Strong understanding of airline ticketing rules, fare structures, and travel regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing client experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
