Job Description

  • Responsible for sending outgoing e-mails and faxes (Mainly English)
  • Provides administrative services.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent professional writing skills,administration skills, strong teamwork skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work with flexibility. .
  • The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Business writing or Back office experience is a must (professional English E-mail writing skills).
  • Medical background is Preferable.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments.
  • Excellent command in English both speaking and writing (Fluent).
  • Excellent MS office skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Sheik Zayed and 6th of October city residence
  • Maximum age of 25 years old
  • Good command of French is preferable.
