Job Description
Coordination and cooperation with the Technical Office and Project Management Dept. to obtain price offers and submit purchase orders
Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain price offers
Prepare draft contracts for all suppliers and subcontractors
Coordination with procurement representatives to complete the supply process at the sites
Prepare draft contracts for the company and present them to the Director of Requirements Department
Follow up on suppliers from the issuance of the contract until the supply of the goods and termination of the contract
Preparing reports for evaluating suppliers and subcontractors
Communicate with the Accounts Department to finalize all dues from suppliers and subcontractors.
Research suppliers of goods and services
Track inventory and submit purchase orders as needed
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a similar field preferred
