Job Description
- Develop the foundation of the “Training Academy”
- Design the outlines of training courses & programs
- Search for certified trainers to build the courses’ curriculums
- Search for candidates related to training programs
- Develop and manage the training process
- Evaluate training needs periodically
- Develop a training and development roadmap
- Use digital tools to manage different training programs; webinars and e-learning
- Build the digital content for training courses and programs
- Evaluate training courses and programs periodically seeking enrichment of training programs
- Manage the training budget
- Search for sponsors, collaborate and supporters for training programs and courses
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Has a Training & Development knowledge and experience
- Has an HR Development/ Management Diploma is a plus
- 3-4 years experience in similar position
- Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and presentable
- Has excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken
- Has excellent knowledge and use of digital tools
