Job Description

  • Generate new leads and cold-call prospective customers with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
  • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
  • Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
  • Strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
  • Negotiate rates and provide quotes for clients and prospects.
  • Maintains customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
  • Work as part of a team and closely with other departments within the company.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent qualification related to business developing is recommended.
  • Strong presentation skills is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Ability to call potential clients with confidence.
  • Experience in insurance brokerage field is a plus.
