Job Description

GtaOtel an online B2B & B2C travel booking platform with more than 2 million hotel options, Activities, Transfers & Flights worldwide.

Our mission is to create, distribute, and operate the most convenient travel products Making travel easier and accessible for everyone. 
We are constantly looking for sales professionals to implement effective sales strategies and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and partners in the MENA Region!

B2B sales Executive responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish when selling products or services to other businesses. This includes identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with potential customers, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management.

Job Requirements

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned market/region.
  • Actively promote GtaOtel in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement sales activities and hit the sales targets to achieve growth and expand presence in assigned territory (MENA Region).
  • Generate Leads & Sign-up new partners and provide them with extended training on our system.
  • Plan and conduct impactful business and sales meetings
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship with new partners.
  • Prepare, execute, and manage the commercial deals with the partners including the execution of required document flow and technical setup.
  • Control of compliance with commercial conditions by partners including the payment flow.
  • Provide market & competitive environment analysis.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting.



  •  Relevant experience. 2-4 years experience in the travel industry and excellent knowledge of the country`s travel market; specialized in sales management or business development of B2B travel companies;
  • Competence in API technology deals;
  •  Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, team player;
  •  Analytical skills. Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers;
  •  International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting GtaOtel global presence.
  •  Language knowledge. Fluent in Arabic and English, other languages as a plus.
  •  Readiness for business trips. 10 - 20% of working time might be required for market.
