Job Description
- Responsible for all Payroll process such as: salaries, benefits, allowances, bonuses, overtime calculations, etc…
- Applies all the related deductions such as: Taxes, Social Insurance, etc….
- Coordinates with Personnel Team regarding the timekeeping data in order to ensure accurate implementation of the time keeping records on the salary.
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws such as tax laws, social insurance, labor law, and internal policies.
- Supervise and coach payroll team in different sites.
- Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams
- Maintain accurate records and prepare related reports requested by the company management.
- Supports new employees in opening bank accounts & insert bank accounts data on Payroll system to ensure smooth salary transfer.
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or Accounting
- Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and multi working shift patterns.
- Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Detail oriented.
- An analytical mind and strong numerical skills
