Job Description

  • Responsible for all Payroll process such as: salaries, benefits, allowances, bonuses, overtime calculations, etc…
  • Applies all the related deductions such as: Taxes, Social Insurance, etc….
  • Coordinates with Personnel Team regarding the timekeeping data in order to ensure accurate implementation of the time keeping records on the salary.
  • Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws such as tax laws, social insurance, labor law, and internal policies.
  • Supervise and coach payroll team in different sites.
  • Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
  • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare related reports requested by the company management.
  • Supports new employees in opening bank accounts & insert bank accounts data on Payroll system to ensure smooth salary transfer. 
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
  •  


 

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Proven experience as a payroll manager or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
  • Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and multi working shift patterns. 
  • Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Detail oriented.
  • An analytical mind and strong numerical skills
