Job Description
- Lead and supervise the HR team in executing daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with organizational goals.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities and ensure timely staffing of open positions.
- Act as a point of contact for complex HR issues and provide solutions aligned with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and reports to drive continuous improvement in processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior HR team members.
- Participate in strategic HR projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Experience working in hospitals, healthcare institutions, or recruitment agencies is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
