Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain qualified talent.
  • Oversee and manage the performance management system and balanced scorecard methodology across all departments.
  • Guide department heads in setting Scorecard, KPIs, and performance reviews.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities and meet operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and food industry regulations.
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures professionally and fairly.
  • Manage the company payroll process, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Supervise the HR and administrative team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and support services.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and reward systems.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate regular HR reports.
  • Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
  • 12+ years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial role in a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
