Job Description

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals based on the requisition form submitted by heads of departments.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events and job fairs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Schedule first behavioral face to face interview with candidates by phone and email. 
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
  • Schedule technical face to face interview with candidates by phone and email, also with the technical manager. 
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, exit interview analysis and other candidate relationships.
  • Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
  • Creating job descriptions & job requirements .
  • Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
  • Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
  • Resolve conflict within groups.
  • Leading on culture-change programs
  • Develop a healthy organizational culture, effective organization communication and enhance organization performance management system.
  • Provides technical expertise and policy guidance in talent management (strategic staffing, performance management & career development, learning & development) and effective staff-management relationship; Fully commitment of HR policies in all work activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • HR Diploma is a must
  • Professional Microsoft office.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to learn.
  • Ability to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to handle stress.
  • Excellent in English.
