Job Description
- Counsel the management of different departments by providing advice on managing and cultivating the ideal culture.
- Conducting performance reviews.
- Plan, direct and manage all initiatives such as, recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, payroll, personnel.
- Over-viewing employees’ attendance, paid leave, and sick leave requests.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Advise managers on employee and labor policies according to the labor law.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the HR field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience as manager.
- Fluent English is a MUST.
- Strong leadership skills.
