Job Description

  • Identifying sales leads, pitch marketing & advertising services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
  • Generate leads and cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Conduct ongoing market research and identify the competion.
  • Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in BTL Advertising is a must.
  • three years of experience in the field of business development
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Communication, Presentation & project management skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must
  • Preferably owns a car.
