Job Description

  • Matches products to customer specifications and drawings by demonstrating knowledge of products.
  • Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business, work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Review customer specifications to ensure quote is technically compatible and competitive.
  • Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard.
  • Follow up on submitted offers, Technical clarifications and orders.
  • Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
  • Lead quality of provided quotations, that they are consolidating packages and solutions, optimized in order to compete, well presented, and issued at suitable period.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations to secure orders, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness.
  • Coordinates with Sales Representative to determine and/or clarify project requirements to ensure quality output.
  • Maintains a current understanding of bid strategies and market conditions.
  • Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
  • Incorporates use of technological capabilities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Assists sales representatives in the preparation of customer presentations related to the quote, including comments on exceptions and built in value.
  • Interact with all other departments in constructive and productive way in order to serve better the customer and to improve the consolidated results of the division.
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in tendering.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Professional user of Microsoft Office.
  • Working with team.
  • Learning & Researching skills.
  • Adapting and responding to change.
  • Having sales and communication skills.
