Job Description
- Matches products to customer specifications and drawings by demonstrating knowledge of products.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business, work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Review customer specifications to ensure quote is technically compatible and competitive.
- Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard.
- Follow up on submitted offers, Technical clarifications and orders.
- Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
- Lead quality of provided quotations, that they are consolidating packages and solutions, optimized in order to compete, well presented, and issued at suitable period.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations to secure orders, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness.
- Coordinates with Sales Representative to determine and/or clarify project requirements to ensure quality output.
- Maintains a current understanding of bid strategies and market conditions.
- Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
- Incorporates use of technological capabilities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Assists sales representatives in the preparation of customer presentations related to the quote, including comments on exceptions and built in value.
- Interact with all other departments in constructive and productive way in order to serve better the customer and to improve the consolidated results of the division.
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in tendering.
- Excellent command of English.
- Professional user of Microsoft Office.
- Working with team.
- Learning & Researching skills.
- Adapting and responding to change.
- Having sales and communication skills.
