Job Description

  1. Responsible to handle & organize all social insurance related documents & filling.
  2. Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll inputs by handle end to end process , including data collection ,transfers , hiring , resignations , deductions , OT calculations in a timely manner.
  3. Perform the day-to-day operations tasks to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
  4. Maintain Employee records & endure confidentiality & data accuracy .
  5. Generate Monthly reports & data analysis on all HR related concerns tasks.
  6. Maintain compliance with relevant employment lows & regulations ensuring proper documentation & compliance with policies.
  7. Collaborate with internal &external parties & to ensure smooth operations & resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
  8. Ensure a smooth and seamless employee experience by offering necessary support .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience in payroll management & related HR Operations role
  • In depth knowledge of all payroll procedures.
  • Excellent attention to details with focus on accuracy & data integrity 
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate.
  • Strong problem-solving skills ,ability to work independently & collaboratively in a team environment
