Job Description
- Responsible to handle & organize all social insurance related documents & filling.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll inputs by handle end to end process , including data collection ,transfers , hiring , resignations , deductions , OT calculations in a timely manner.
- Perform the day-to-day operations tasks to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain Employee records & endure confidentiality & data accuracy .
- Generate Monthly reports & data analysis on all HR related concerns tasks.
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment lows & regulations ensuring proper documentation & compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with internal &external parties & to ensure smooth operations & resolve any discrepancies or concerns.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless employee experience by offering necessary support .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in payroll management & related HR Operations role
- In depth knowledge of all payroll procedures.
- Excellent attention to details with focus on accuracy & data integrity
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate.
- Strong problem-solving skills ,ability to work independently & collaboratively in a team environment
