Join us as a Guest Relations Agent.
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to the guests and answer their inquiries.
- Help prepare welcome folders and letters.
- Fully informative of the place of guests are staying at (e.g., room service menus, area descriptions, hotel cuisines).
- Provide information about amenities, areas, and venues and promote the company's services.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with guests.
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g., confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address guests' complaints and escalate them to the executive team when needed.
- Record information in the logbook daily
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
- Ensure all accommodation bases hotels, restaurants….. etc) are met the company standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations agent
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred.
