Job Description

Job Role:

  • We are looking for a proactive and analytical Yield Executive to join our revenue management
    team within the tourism and travel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for
    optimizing pricing, availability, and inventory of travel products to maximize revenue and
    occupancy. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, attention to market trends, and the
    ability to analyze data to make effective pricing decisions.

Job Description:

  • Analyze demand, booking trends, and market conditions to set optimal pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust rates, availability, and inventory in booking systems to maximize
    occupancy and profit margins.
  • Work closely with the contracting and product teams to ensure the competitive
    positioning of travel products.
  • Update and maintain yield management tools and dashboards.
  • Produce regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Identify underperforming products and suggest promotional or pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and offers based on yield
    performance.
  • Support the implementation of dynamic pricing models and revenue management
    systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in yield/revenue management, pricing, or travel operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or revenue management
    systems (e.g., Duetto, RevPAR tools, internal RMS).
  • Understanding of travel inventory systems, booking engines, or tour operator platforms.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies and competitor benchmarking.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Commercial and strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
  • Flexibility to adapt to market changes and business needs.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C travel businesses such as OTAs, tour operators, or
    wholesalers.
  • Knowledge of dynamic packaging, promotions, and channel distribution.
