Job Description

Comtec is a leading provider of advanced telecommunication and security solutions, servicing both local and international markets. As the sole agent for many high-tech products in Egypt, we specialize in offering top-tier infrastructure solutions backed by a vast distribution network across the country. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our operations.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our client base by providing technical expertise and solutions, coupled with excellent customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend the best products and services to meet those requirements. In addition, you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage and expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth within the designated region.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely resolution of issues or concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Comtec’s product portfolio and stay up-to-date with industry trends to offer clients the most relevant solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams, including engineers and technical staff, to ensure successful project delivery and execution.
  • Reporting & Administration: Track and report sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management regularly.

 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, Additional certifications or qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development are a plus.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales or Sales Engineering roles, preferably in the Telecommunications or Security industry.
  • Experience in B2B account management, client relations, or business development is highly valued.

Skills:

  • Strong Sales Skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent technical support skills and the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Customer Service: High standards of customer engagement with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify client needs, offer effective solutions, and troubleshoot product-related issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to work well in both independent and team-based environments.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all sales processes and documentation are accurate and aligned with company policies.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Telecom technologies and security systems will be an added advantage.
  • Owning a car is a must.
