Job Description
- Achieve Sales Targets & KPIs: Meet or exceed set sales targets, objectives, and KPIs on a consistent basis. Monitor performance regularly and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Product Availability & Visibility: Ensure that products are readily available and properly visible in all assigned account outlets. Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure optimal product placement and visibility to drive sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. Proactively address their needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner, ensuring a positive experience that fosters customer loyalty and trust.
- Sales Performance Reporting: Provide regular and detailed reports on sales performance, including progress towards targets, sales activities, and any challenges encountered. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration with Merchandising & Marketing: Work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies, enhance product displays, and align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Market & Competitor Research: Research and analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive advantages.
- Collaboration with Factory & Manufacturing Teams: Work closely with factory and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, manage customer demands, and resolve any operational issues that may impact sales.
- Product Promotion & Brand Awareness: Utilize basic marketing knowledge to promote products effectively in the market, ensuring brand consistency and aligning with sales objectives.
- Training & Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance performance and adapt to changing market conditions.
Job Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a B2B sales representative, particularly in Key Account Management in the Modern Trade sector of Foods and Beverages.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs in a competitive B2B environment.
- Skills:
- Sales KPIs Understanding: Strong ability to track and improve performance based on sales KPIs such as revenue, market share, and customer retention.
- Product Availability & Visibility: Expertise in ensuring proper product placement and availability in outlets to maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good command of English to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer complaints and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting, tracking sales, and managing customer data.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, sales cycles, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Market Research: Ability to conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in factory and manufacturing environments as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
