Job Description

The Accessories Deputy Sales Manager assists the Sales manager to improve retail market position and achieve financial growth within the accessories department. He is responsible for every aspect of sales, stock, and resources management within the Accessories vertical. He oversees the sales staff, develops, and implements strategies to improve company sales. He has the task of searching the markets, sourcing new products, motivating and leading sales staff to achieve business goals. He must create and implement the research strategies needed to support the development attempts made in the targeted areas. He supports the Accessories Sales Manager by offering research, marketing, and data.

  • Responsible for the financial success of the business
  • Sets and meets planned sales goal
  • Ensures customer satisfaction
  • Oversees prices and stock control
  • Develops sales team through motivation, coaching and product knowledge education
  • Develops and works on feasibility studies to implement new projects within Accessories field
  • Reaches out and communicates with overseas suppliers to ensure the development and continuity of business
  • Analyzes sales figures and forecasting future sales
  • Analyzes retail matrices such as traffic, conversion rate, average ticket, up selling and cross selling
  • Coaches area managers and sales staff to help reach overall business goals
  • Coordinates with marketing team to help generate leads and to organize special promotions, display, and events
  • Maintains awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring competitors
    Initiating changes to improve the business
     

Job Requirements

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Economics, Political Science, or another related field.
  • Any post graduate degree will be an edge.

Experience

  • Min 10 years in sales or business development position

 Language Skills

  • Arabic (Fluent in communication and writing)
  • English (Fluent in communication and writing)
  • Any extra language will be an edge

 Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
