Job Description
- Leading marketing and growth team
- Manage reporting and evaluate effectiveness of email campaigns though mail-chimp and other bears.
- Proactively introduce new email marketing campaigns ideas to customers based on current events, news, business strategy
- Engage customers in new features as they are released
- Understanding of lists and segmentation process
- Use performance learning from campaigns to identify test and learn opportunities, and run A/B tests to drive continuous improvement
- Develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels such FB, Twitter, LinkedIn to support the growth of the business.
- Clearly identify Success Metrics, KPI’s and reporting for all tactics prior to implementation
- Create and implement innovative multi-channel growth strategies & campaigns.
- Set team strategy through analysis of historical marketing data.
- Provide performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics
- Define & execute high impact A/B & multivariate testing and optimization strategies
- Understand and apply inbound marketing tactics.
- Organize and track marketing campaigns and social media data
- Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
- Planning & execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website.
- Monitor website’s SEO performance.
- Manage all search engine marketing activities.
- Prepare reports on our search engine marketing overall performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and media team.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if needed.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.

Job Requirements
- Previous working experience as a Marketing and Growth for 4-5 years
- In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
- Experience in creating and managing digital campaigns for 3-4 years
- Experience in creating and writing content marketing 2-3 years
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
- Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
