Job Description
- Review job requisitions on the Applicant Tracking System filtering through candidates that fit the job requirements
- Phone screening to shortlist the filtered candidates.
- Create interview guides focused on competencies relevant to the positions to ensure fair and consistent assessments of all our candidates.
- Arrange discussions with stakeholders to update them on the progress of their vacancies.
- Manage candidates who have gone through the recruitment process to provide feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience even for those that are not selected.
- Responsible for on time and accurate execution of payroll in partnership with external vendors
- Responsible for the compiling, maintenance of employee and dependent personal and payroll record in the payroll system
- Input and validate data such as new joiners, leavers, compensation changes, deductions, one-off payments etc. on a monthly basis in the payroll system in time to execute the monthly payroll
- Update changes in employee status, cost center changes, pay, etc directly in the payroll system on an ongoing basis
- Prepare/review final settlements of all separated employees
- Perform regular checks on any changes in payroll system
- Review/prepare monthly HR master reports to ensure data compatibility with company
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure taxes/other contributions are calculated and submitted in time for payroll
- Liaise with external providers as and when required
Job Requirements
- BSC degree – HR diploma is a must
- 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent English &MS programs
- Team player – Good communication skills
