Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Managing interview planning and applicant status progress.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Jobs announcements, participation in job fairs, and targeted talent acquisition
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Triggering the creation of IT-related tickets for new hires
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software.
