Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Managing interview planning and applicant status progress.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Jobs announcements, participation in job fairs, and targeted talent acquisition
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Triggering the creation of IT-related tickets for new hires

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software.
