Job Description
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Preparation of events calendar with organizational head of departments, corporate and consultants.
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Work within agreed budgets and ensure adherence
- Coordinate all events operations (locations, speech, seating, dining, and guest list…etc.)
- Lead promotional activities for the event
- Approve all aspects of the events are met
- Managing all (onsite and offsite) events for the organization. Oversees all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events.
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports (Pre and Post the event)
- Developing event feedback surveys and contracted customer surveys.
- Scout and book locations, food, entertainment and staff engagement.
- Communicating with PR executive to create effective advertisements for each event.
Job Requirements
- Education : BSC Degree preferable to have medical back ground
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage.
